PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Pursuant to section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, local public notice is hereby given that the Shire of Williams intends to lease the property situated at Lot 403 (6) Marjidin Way, Williams to Innovative Ag Pty Ltd for a period of one (1) year, with a one (1) option, commencing on 1 November 2023. The Lessee will pay annual rent calculated at $35,760, excluding GST, in the first year, with rent for the first two (2) months waived.

The rental market value was assessed at $35,760 per annum, excluding GST, on the 25 November 2022.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal.

Submissions are to be made to the Shire of Williams, 9 Brooking Street, Williams WA 6391 and will be received up to 4.00pm Tuesday, 17 October 2023.
