DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION : PROPOSED SINGLE HOUSES
LOT 41 (NO 20) NEW STREET and LOT 40 (NO 18), WILLIAMS

The Shire has received an application proposing a single house on the above mentioned properties.

Prior to determining this application, the Shire would like to provide the general public with an opportunity to comment on the proposal. The plans can be viewed at the Shire of Williams, 9 Brooking Street, Williams during office hours or on the Shire website.

Should you wish to make a submission on the proposal, your comments (in writing) will need to be lodged within 14 days by 22 March 2024.

Any submissions lodged to the Shire will become public, and may be summarised in an agenda report to Council.

Please note, if no comments are received by the closure date, we will assume that you have no comment you wish to make and the application will be assessed and determined on its merits and without any further consultation.
